| In 1996, my husband Mike and I borrowed $7,000 at 22% interest (against our mini van that wasn't worth $2,000) to make a land contract purchase of (the dream)...a condemned building called the Rio Locker. We cobbled the refrigeration system together enough that we were given a license to operate as a "state-inspected" slaughter facility." Over the years, we have remodeled 7 times, and have increased our 2 adult, 2 kid, 5 day-a-week operation to a business that employs 17 quality people and is open 7 days a week.

| Mike & I have 3 children. Our oldest daughter, Jennifer, is studying to be an International Attorney and is presently abroad in Cairo, Egypt. Our second daughter, Jackie, is a junior in college studying economics in Denmark. Our youngest son, Jacob, is a freshman at Wayland Academy.
