Service Description

Johnon's Sausage Shoppe is a WI State Inspected facility processing beef, hogs, and lambs. Hog processing forms can be found in the "Processing" Section of the website (https://www.johnsonssausage.com/processing). All hogs will be cut according to custom instructions. All cuts, hams, bacon, and sausage will be vacuum packed.
