Lamb/Sheep Processing

Service Description

Johnon's Sausage Shoppe is a WI State Inspected facility processing beef, hogs, and sheep. Sheep/Lamb processing forms can be found in the "Processing" Section of the website (https://www.johnsonssausage.com/processing). All lamb will be cut according to custom instructions. All cuts, ground lamb, and gyro meat will be vacuum packed.
